RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the product. The return shipping of goods is carried out by agreement.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

According to the legislation, you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days. Returns and exchanges are made at the expense of the buyer.

Return and exchange conditions:
  • The product must not be damaged;
  • Tags and packaging must be preserved.

The funds for the purchased product subject to return are returned to the customer within one business day after receiving the goods at the Nova Poshta office.

The exchange of the purchased product is made within 2 business days (if there is a similar one available) after receiving the goods at the Nova Poshta office. If no similar product is available, the buyer has the right to choose another product for the same amount or to receive a refund.
In accordance with the "Consumer Protection Law", the company may refuse the consumer's exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they belong to categories listed in the current List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
